Who We're Looking For

  • Confident communicators with excellent English (both spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable learning new systems quickly
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to grow with long-term clients
  • Available for full-time or part-time remote work on Australian time zones

Your Application

To help us get to know you better, please make sure your application includes three things:

A Short Video Introduction (1-2 minutes)

  • Introduce yourself and share a bit about your background.

  • Explain the type of work you’ve done in the past.

  • Highlight the specific skills you’re confident in (e.g. customer service, admin, bookkeeping, social media management, graphic design, data entry, etc.).

  • Be detailed - we want to understand what makes you valuable.

  • Film in a quiet, well-lit space and speak clearly and naturally.
